Trevor Scott is a partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, a leading Canadian business law firm. Trevor’s practice involves providing strategic and legal advice on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and corporate governance.
Trevor is Past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s National Business Law Section. He is a former chair of the Securities Law Subsection of the Canadian Bar Association (BC). Trevor is also a past member of the Securities Law Advisory Committee, which is a committee of lawyers that provides advice to the British Columbia Securities Commission on legal and policy issues relating to public company regulation.

Trevor is an avid recreational angler, enjoying fly fishing, spey fishing and other styles of fishing throughout British Columbia for more than 25 years.
